About SAIAS
We are a Social Enterprise project administered by a registered charity and registered by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). We are authorised to provide advice and services at level 3 in the categories of Immigration and Asylum and Protection. The advice we offer is independent and impartial.

SAIAS exists to prevent injustice, by ensuring quality immigration advice is accessible and affordable for all who need it.

To expand enough, in both resource and expertise, to ensure that no one person in need of immigration advice in the South endures injustice due to their financial constraints.
